Choir practice resumes 7-9 pm for the fall. Consider joining this dedicated and fun group as they make joyful sounds onto the Lord. New members always welcome.

United Church Women (UCW) meet at 1 :30 to plan activites for the fall and winter. All women of the congregation are invited to join us for a time of devotion, fellowship and a cup of tea.

Congregational Council meets at 7 pm in the Fellowship Room.

Trustees meet at 2 pm at the church.

Monday, September 23
UCW sponsored trip to the East Gwillimbury Recycling Depot, 225 Garfiled Wright Blvd, East Gwillimbury. Meet there at 1 :15 or at York Pines at 12 :45 to carpool. Presentation begins at 1 :30. Find out where your blue box contents go.

Wednesday, September 25
Book Club meets at 7 pm in the Fellowship Room. See list below for this month’s title. The discussion is always lively, the tea and coffee are on and having read the book is not mandatory.

Thursday, September 26
Fellowship Lunch at 12 noon. The month the group is meeting at the Wishbone on Hwy 50 north of Bolton and we are always please to see new faces.

Dance classes
Weekly on Mondays from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. for those more advanced dancers, and from 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. for those just starting out or dusting off their dancing shoes. 
Cost is $23.00/couple or $17/single for a 1 hr lesson. 
Newcomers are especially welcome at the 8:00 p.m. class. For more information, call Jackie at 905-939-2233. 

Piano Lessons
York Pines is pleased to welcome Alanna Moore. Alanna teaches piano at the church. 
Tuesdays 3:30 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 
She has a few lesson times open; if you or someone you know is interested in learning to play the piano, please contact Alanna at 289-383-2094.
